If you wish to check on the time of your scheduled pick-up, or to check to see if you have scheduled a ride, please call the office number 319-363-1321.  Press option 1 then option 3.  You will be prompted to enter your rider ID number.  If you don’t know your ID number, enter ext 104 and one of the NTS staff will give you your ID number.
